Janie & Christiaan

From now till forever...

You never expect to meet the person you will spend the rest of your life with in high school. But this is where Janie and Christiaan met and fell in love. They grew to love each other more over the years and ready to keep growing as they grow old together. 

Their families have become one many years ago and being loved so much by all of them they had the most awesome support system to build their love and relationship. They could look up to their parents for support and guidance. 

I met this quiet couple last year October and was so surprised to hear they are from my birth-town, Kimberley. From there they studied in Bloemfontein and even this made me feel closer to these special people as this is where Steve and I got married. Now they live in Pretoria and they embraced the big change with starting their married life here as well. 

I knew when we met that we would have a great time together and that was proven at their engagement session. I loved how Christiaan looked at her and how incredibly sweet Janie looked every time she blushed because I asked them to kiss. :) These are some of the memories I will always have when I think back at our journey together. 

Arriving at they're wedding day I found both of them as cool as a cucumber, nothing could fase them as this was the day they waited for... and it was finally here! The joy in their faces and the love their family showed on this day made me realise why these two are so special. 

I loved al the little details and handwritten signs Janie made, the little pop of colour with the greens and whites and o — my the cake! Everything came together perfectly. Even the sun came out just for they're wedding day! (After 4 days of rain and storms) I am sure these are moment you will treasure for the rest of your lives. 

My your love grow with each day and year you spend together. May you always be the special people you are.
